The Tekel TIEEX70 Incremental Encoder provides ATEX (EEx) certified rotary position and speed feedback for hazardous-area motor control systems, enabling precise monitoring of motors, conveyors, pumps, and process equipment in explosive atmospheres. As part of the TIEEX70 EEx (ATEX) Series, this incremental optical encoder offers quadrature A and B outputs with an optional Z index and supports multiple electrical interfaces—NPN, PNP, Push-Pull, Open Collector, or Line Driver (configuration dependent)—with cable or connector connections. Mounting is solid shaft and the unit features industrial sealed construction (configuration dependent) to withstand challenging environments.
