Tekleen ABW10-LP Automatic Back Wash Filter with a 10-inch flange is a self-cleaning, automatic filtration unit designed to continuously remove suspended solids while preserving flow through an integrated backwash cycle. Part of the ABW Series (MPN ABW10-LP), it can handle up to 2,630 GPM (based on a 100-micron screen) and offers an 11 sq ft screen area with a 2 µ to 4,000 µ opening range. Constructed from Stainless Steel 304/316L, Duplex 2205/2507, or Titanium (configuration dependent), it supports design pressures from 40 to 150 psi and temperatures up to 160°F (71°C), with optional service up to 210°F (99°C). Flushing is achieved via 1", 1.5", or 2" valves with a 4–10 second duration and 5–50 gallon flush volume, and the unit is installed horizontally in industrial pipelines for applications including cooling towers, process water, irrigation, manufacturing, power generation, municipal water, and wastewater treatment; typical users include maintenance teams, plant operators, and system integrators.
