Tektronix 370B Programmable Curve Tracer

The Tektronix 370B Programmable Curve Tracer delivers high-resolution DC parametric characterization with up to a 2,000 V collector supply and up to 20 A peak collector current in Pulse Mode. As a programmable curve tracer and high-resolution DC parametric analyzer, it supports DC parametric characterization, curve tracing, failure analysis, and device matching, with digital acquisition and built-in cursor measurements for precise data readouts. It measures current with 1 pA resolution and voltage with 2 µV resolution, and is suitable for testing a wide range of semiconductor devices, including bipolar transistors, MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, SCRs, thyristors, integrated circuits, solid-state relays, solar cells, and optoelectronic devices. The instrument operates from 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and offers programmable operation with external printer support. It is commonly installed in electronics research laboratories, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, failure analysis labs, and production test benches where accurate electrical characterization and device verification are essential.
