Tektronix P6062B Passive Oscilloscope Probe 10x

The Tektronix P6062B Passive Oscilloscope Probe 10X is a general-purpose voltage probe for accurate waveform measurements on both analog and digital oscilloscopes. It offers selectable 1X/10X operation with 10X as the primary mode, a DC-to-100 MHz bandwidth in 10X use, and an input impedance of 10 MΩ at 10X (1 MΩ at 1X) with a 15–47 pF input capacitance compatible with 1 MΩ BNC inputs. It uses a BNC connector and features adjustable frequency compensation, and is available in multiple cable lengths to suit different setups.
