Tektronix TCA-1 High Impedance Buffer Amplifier

It uses a TEKPROBE BNC input (1 MΩ) with 10 pF ±2 pF input capacitance, DC gain accuracy of ±3%, and bandwidth from DC to ≥500 MHz when used with TekConnect hosts of ≥1.5 GHz, with Full Bandwidth, 100 MHz, and 20 MHz limit options. The unit handles up to 150 VRMS CAT I and 100 VRMS CAT II input voltages (frequency derating) and is compatible with Tektronix TekConnect oscilloscopes (TDS6000B, TDS7000 Series, CSA7000 Series, and related models) and a range of accessories including P6139A/P6139B passive probes, P6015A high-voltage probe, P5100 high-voltage probe, P5205/P5210 differential probes, P6021/P6022 current probes, and the ADA400A differential preamplifier.
