The Teledyne Hastings HFC-302 Mass Flow Controller delivers precise, configurable gas flow control with a range from 0–10 sccm to 0–25 slm (Nitrogen equivalent) and a constant temperature differential thermal mass flow sensing principle that ensures stable measurement and regulation. It offers accuracy of ±0.75% of full scale (5 sccm to 10 slm) and ±1.0% of full scale (10 slm to 25 slm), with a tight repeatability of ±0.07% of full scale, and a maximum working pressure of 500 PSIG (1000 PSIG optional). The unit provides standard 0–5 VDC analog I/O, with optional 4–20 mA or 0–20 mA, and uses a 15-pin D-sub electrical connector. Wetted materials include 316L stainless steel, Nickel 200, 302 stainless steel, and a Kalrez valve seat, with fitting options such as VCR, VCO, Swagelok, Straight Thread, and Surface Mount.
