Description:
The Telemecanique LR2D1316 Thermal Overload Relay is an adjustable, three-pole, bimetallic overload relay designed to protect three-phase motors in industrial control systems. It mounts directly to TeSys D / LC1D contactors and provides a 9 to 13 A current adjustment, Class 10A rating, and a choice of manual or automatic reset. This relay is commonly used in motor starters for conveyors, pumps, compressors, HVAC equipment, and other manufacturing processes to prevent motor overload and phase failure. For replacement needs, Schneider Electric lists the LRD16 Thermal Overload Relay, with ABB TA25DU-13 and Siemens 3RU2116-4DB0 also recognized as common replacements.
