Schneider Electric LRD05 Thermal Overload Relay

Schneider Electric’s TeSys LRD05 thermal overload relay provides three-pole motor protection for 3‑phase systems when used with TeSys D contactors. It offers an adjustable overload current range of 0.63–1 A with Class 10A trip characteristics and a 690 VAC rating (600 VAC UL/CSA) to safeguard motors in control centers, conveyors, pumps, compressors, fans, HVAC equipment, and manufacturing machinery. The device includes 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contact, mounts to a direct contactor, DIN rail, or panel with accessories, and uses screw-clamp terminals for sturdy wiring; it is compatible with TeSys D LC1D09, LC1D12, LC1D18, LC1D25, LC1D32, and LC1D38 contactors and is offered as an OEM direct replacement. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C.
