Schneider Electric LRD08 Thermal Overload Relay

The Schneider Electric LRD08 thermal overload relay is a 3-pole motor protection device designed to guard three‑phase motors against overload and phase loss when paired with TeSys D contactors. It offers an adjustable overload current range of 2.5–4 A and Class 10A tripping, with a rated voltage of 690 VAC (600 VAC UL/CSA). This relay provides 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts and can mount directly to a contactor, on a DIN rail, or on a panel with the appropriate accessories. Compatible TeSys D contactors include LC1D09, LC1D12, LC1D18, LC1D25, LC1D32, and LC1D38; it uses screw clamp terminals and operates from -20°C to +60°C, making it a common OEM direct replacement in motor control centers, conveyors, pumps, compressors, fans, HVAC equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
