The Schneider Electric TeSys D LRD16 thermal overload relay is a 3-pole motor protection device designed to guard three-phase motors against overload and phase loss when used with TeSys D contactors. It features an adjustable overload current range of 9–13 A, Class 10A trip characteristics, and a 690 VAC rating (600 VAC UL/CSA), with 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts, Screw Clamp Terminals, mounting options including Direct Contactor Mount, DIN Rail, or Panel Mount with accessories, and an operating temperature of -20°C to +60°C. Compatible TeSys D contactors include LC1D12, LC1D18, LC1D25, LC1D32, and LC1D38; it serves as an OEM direct replacement for the LRD16 and is commonly installed in motor control centers, conveyors, pumps, compressors, fans, HVAC equipment, and manufacturing machinery to protect equipment and extend motor life.
