The XCSPA593 safety interlock switch from Telemecanique Sensors / Schneider Electric is a compact, polyamide-bodied device with a key-operated turret head that provides a positive-opening interlock and slow-break, break-before-make contacts to monitor machine guard doors and protective enclosures. As part of the Telemecanique Safety Switches XCS – XCSPA family, it offers 1 NC + 1 NO contacts, with rated voltage AC-15 at 240 V and DC-13 at 250 V, and rated current AC-15 of 3 A at 240 V or DC-13 of 0.27 A at 250 V; it uses screw clamp terminals and a 1 × 1/2 in.
