Telemecanique ZBV-6 Pilot Indicator Light Screw Terminal

The Telemecanique ZBV-6 front-mount pilot indicator light block provides a clear orange status indication for 22 mm Harmony XB4/XB5 pilot lights, designed to be used with BA9s base bulbs (bulb not included) at supply voltages up to 250 V. It supports incandescent, LED, or neon BA9s lamps and uses screw clamp terminals with a wire capacity of 0.22 to 1.5 mm². The unit mounts to Ø22 mm operator heads and requires a tightening torque of 0.8–1.2 N·m. With a service life of 100,000 hours at rated voltage and 25°C, it withstands surges up to 1 kV (IEC 61000-4-5) and operates from -40°C to +70°C, with IP20 protection and a weight of 0.016 kg. Part of the Harmony XB4/XB5 family by Telemecanique / Schneider Electric, the ZBV-6 is commonly used in control panels, motor control centers, OEM equipment, and industrial automation systems to indicate machine operation, power availability, alarms, and process status.
