Telemecanique ZCMD21 Limit Switch

The Telemecanique ZCMD21 is a miniature plug-in limit switch body in the XC Standard series, designed to accept a wide range of ZCE actuator heads and ZCMC plug-in connection accessories for flexible end-of-travel detection and machine control in industrial automation. With a Zamak housing and two-pole configuration (1 NC + 1 NO) featuring snap-action, silver-plated contacts and positive opening, it supports modular replacements and retrofits in XCMD-based systems across conveyors, packaging lines, machine tools, and material handling equipment. Electrical ratings include AC-15 at 240 V, 1.5 A (B300) and DC-13 at 250 V, 0.1 A (R300), a contact resistance of 25 mΩ (IEC 60255-7 Category 3), and plug-in connection without pre-wired leads, with IEC 60947-5-1 compliance. Compatible components include ZCMC21L1/L2/L3/L5/L7/L10/E1/E2/E3/E5/E7/E10/T1/T2/T5 and ZCE modular heads, and common replacements are ZCMD25, ZCMD37, and ZCMD41.
