The TEMPCO MPP03286 Band Heater is a 600 W, mica-insulated band heater designed to provide uniform circumferential heating around cylindrical surfaces in industrial process heating systems, enabling rapid heat transfer and dependable performance where precise temperature control matters. Operating at 240 VAC, it measures 8-1/2 in inside diameter by 1 in wide, making it suitable for barrel and nozzle heating in plastic processing equipment such as injection molding machines, extrusion dies, blow molding systems, and packaging machinery; it is part of TEMPCO's Mi-Plus (MPP) band heater family optimized for barrel heating in plastics processing.
