Siemens 6ES7221-1BF22-0XA0 EM 221 DC Digital Input Module is an eight-channel digital input expansion for SIMATIC S7-200 PLCs, designed specifically for S7-22X CPUs. It provides eight 24 V DC digital inputs that can be wired in sinking or sourcing configurations to connect field devices such as sensors and switches to the CPU. As a spare part in the EM 221 family, this module extends the discrete input capacity of S7-22X CPUs and is intended for use with 24 V DC control signals.
