The Timken National Redi-Sleeve 99156 is a precision thin-wall stainless steel shaft repair sleeve that restores worn, grooved, or damaged shaft sealing surfaces without shaft replacement or machining. Installed directly over the existing shaft, it provides a smooth, wear- and corrosion-resistant running surface for standard radial shaft oil seals, extending seal life and helping reduce maintenance downtime. This sleeve belongs to Timken National’s Redi-Sleeve 99000 Series and is designed for shafts in the 1.559–1.565 in (39.599–39.751 mm) range, with a nominal diameter of 1.562 in (39.68 mm).
