The Timken National Redi-Sleeve 99300 is a precision stainless steel shaft repair sleeve that restores worn, grooved, or damaged sealing surfaces without shaft replacement or machining. Part of the Redi-Sleeve 99000 Series, it installs directly over the existing shaft to provide a smooth, wear- and corrosion-resistant sealing surface for standard radial shaft oil seals, extending seal life and reducing maintenance downtime. Designed for 3.000–3.006 in shaft diameters (76.200–76.352 mm) with a nominal diameter of 3.000 in (76.20 mm) and a flanged outside diameter of 3.453 in (87.706 mm), the sleeve features a seal-running width of 0.813 in (20.65 mm), an overall width of 1.000 in (25.40 mm), and an installation depth of 1.250 in (31.75 mm). Construction is a precision thin-wall stainless steel sleeve with an installation flange and a precision-ground, lead-free running surface. It is compatible with standard radial shaft oil seals for approximately 3.000 in shaft diameters.
