Timken National Redi-Sleeve 99400 is a precision stainless steel shaft repair sleeve that restores worn, grooved, or damaged sealing surfaces without shaft replacement or machining. Installed directly over the existing shaft, it creates a smooth, wear-resistant sealing surface for standard radial shaft oil seals, extending seal life and reducing maintenance downtime. Part of the Redi-Sleeve 99000 Series, the 99400 features thin-wall stainless steel construction with an installation flange and a precision-ground, lead-free running surface.
