The Timken Company 99650 Redi Sleeve Shaft Repair Sleeve

The Timken 99650 Redi-Sleeve is a precision-ground stainless-steel shaft repair sleeve designed to restore worn, grooved, or damaged sealing surfaces without shaft replacement or machining. It installs directly over the existing shaft as a press-fit using an installation tool, delivering a new, wear-resistant sealing surface that extends shaft life and improves radial lip seal performance, and it is not an oil seal. The sleeve fits shafts from 6.495 in (164.973 mm) to 6.505 in (165.227 mm) with a nominal diameter of 6.500 in (165.10 mm); overall width is 1.250 in (31.75 mm) and the seal surface width is 1.000 in (25.40 mm), with a 7.000 in (177.80 mm) flanged outside diameter.
