Description:
The RM-19-22 Air-Cooled Oil Cooler is a compact heat exchanger that removes heat from hydraulic oil in industrial fluid power systems. Designed for rear-mount installation behind TEFC motors on hydraulic power units, machine tools, and other equipment requiring low-flow cooling, it helps maintain hydraulic fluid temperatures to improve system reliability and extend component life. This unit uses air-cooled copper tubes with aluminum fins and a turbulator, housed in a steel cabinet with a powder-coated finish and a stainless steel frame with washable media for filtration. Key specifications include a maximum operating pressure of 300 PSI and a maximum operating temperature of 350°F (177°C). The tube material is copper, the fins and turbulator are aluminum, and the cabinet is steel with powder coat. Mounted rearward behind a TEFC motor, it is part of the RM Series, designed for hydraulic oil cooling and heat dissipation. Common replacements include RM-19-1 and RM-24-22 air-cooled oil coolers, as well as API Heat Transfer RM Series components.
