The Tigear 233A15R14 right-angle worm gear reducer and gearmotor assembly delivers a 15:1 reduction from a 2 HP three-phase AC induction motor to about 115 RPM, producing roughly 1,199 lb-in of output torque. Housed in heavy-duty cast-iron and configured as a right-hand gearbox, it is designed for continuous-duty service in conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and material handling systems. The unit accepts 208–230/460 VAC, three-phase, 60 Hz input (application dependent) and is offered as a gearmotor assembly (model-dependent mounting) using a worm gear speed reducer to increase torque at reduced speed.
