Timken 207ECY Safety End Cap For Flange Bearing Unit

Timken 207ECY Safety End Cap Kit provides immediate protection for exposed shaft ends on selected Timken flange bearing units, helping prevent contact and contamination during operation. Compatible with 35 mm shafts and select 1-1/4 in to 1-7/16 in shafts, it is designed for Timken two-bolt and four-bolt flanged housings in the YCJ, RCJ, TCJ, LCJ, SCJ, and VCJ series. The kit includes a bright yellow molded polymer end cap, an adhesive-backed mounting ring with a 360° interlocking fit, a scuffing pad, and a cleaning cloth. It installs via a snap-on mounting ring for quick retrofits and provides basic protection against contamination and washdown environments in conveyors, material handling systems, packaging lines, and processing equipment.
