Timken National 99248 Redi Sleeve Shaft Repair Sleeve

The Timken National 99248 Redi-Sleeve is a precision-thin-wall stainless steel shaft repair sleeve that restores worn, grooved, or damaged sealing surfaces without shaft replacement or machining. Installed over the existing shaft, it provides a hardened sealing surface for standard radial shaft oil seals, extending seal life and reducing downtime, and is compatible with standard 2.500 in shaft seal configurations. Part of the 99000 Series, this 2.500–2.506 in shaft sleeve features a 0.500 in width on shaft, an overall width of 0.656 in, a 2.828 in outside diameter, and a 1.375 in installation depth. It is designed for industrial gearboxes, pumps, compressors, electric motors, conveyors, agricultural equipment, wheel-end assemblies, and other rotating machinery where shaft wear has degraded sealing performance.
