The Timken QMCW10J200SEM is a 2-in shaft, QMCW EC Series piloted flange cartridge housed unit featuring a double-row spherical roller bearing (bearing number 22210) with an eccentric locking collar and expansion (floating) design to accommodate shaft movement from thermal expansion while delivering high radial and axial load capability. The cast steel housing is a piloted flange (4-bolt) unit with a 5.38 in bolt circle diameter, an overall diameter of 6.38 in, and an overall depth of 3.04 in. Designed for heavy-duty power transmission applications, it provides a dynamic load rating of 26,300 lbf (117,000 N) and a static load rating of 26,600 lbf (118,000 N), with relubricatable grease fittings and a maximum grease speed of 2,400 rpm (M/N seal); seals are nitrile rubber.
