The TLSZL-GD2 440G-TZS21UPLH Guardmaster Interlock Switch provides reliable guard protection with power-to-lock operation and an RFID-coded actuator, designed to monitor and secure access to hazardous machinery. As part of the Guard-master TLS-Z GD2 family, it features 24V AC/DC solenoid voltage, 2 × PNP safety outputs (0.2 A max) plus 1 × PNP lock-status output (0.2 A max), and 2,000 N (450 lb) of holding force through an 8-pin Micro (M12) connector, with RFID coding for secure actuation. Includes the 440G-ATZAE Fully-Flex Key and is IP67-rated for industrial environments, making it suitable for packaging machinery, robotic work cells, palletizers, automated assembly lines, material handling equipment, CNC machines, and other setups requiring guarded access and reliable guard locking.
