Toshiba Corporation EX10-MAI32 Analog Input Module

The Toshiba EX10-MAI32 Analog Input Module is a 4-channel unit that receives and digitizes analog voltage signals from field instruments for Toshiba EX10 PLC automation systems, commonly installed in Toshiba EX10 PLC racks in manufacturing equipment, process control, packaging machinery, and other industrial automation applications requiring bipolar voltage inputs. It supports ±10 VDC inputs with input impedance ≥1 MΩ, provides 12-bit resolution (−2000 to +2000 counts), and offers an overall accuracy of ±0.5% FS at 25°C (±1% FS from 0–55°C), with a conversion cycle of about 9.6 ms for all four channels. The module is rack-mountable in the EX10 PLC I/O rack, uses an N-side common configuration, and requires an external 24 VDC ±10%, 50 mA supply (max 50 mA at 5 VDC), with a 1500 VAC withstand voltage for 1 minute.
