Toshiba MD131 Digital Input Module

The Toshiba EX10 MD131 Digital Input Module is a 16-point DC/AC digital input card for Toshiba EX10 PLC systems that receives and processes field-device signals for machine and process control. It uses a single common and accepts 12–24 VDC/AC (+10%/-15%) inputs, draws roughly 8 mA at 24 VDC, and provides an isolation withstand voltage of 1500 VAC for 1 minute, with ON delays of 10 ms (DC) and 20 ms (AC) and OFF delays of 10 ms (DC) and 15 ms (AC). Designed for PLC I/O rack installation within Toshiba EX10 architectures, it monitors signals from push buttons, limit switches, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, selector switches, and auxiliary contacts. Commonly used in manufacturing equipment, packaging lines, conveyors, machine tools, and material handling systems, the MD131 serves as an OEM replacement, retrofit, or PLC repair module for system integrators.
