The Toshiba MG75Q2YS1 IGBT Power Module is a dual IGBT module with built-in freewheel diodes for high-speed switching in industrial power conversion and motor-drive systems. Rated for 1200 V and 75 A DC collector current, it uses silicon N-channel IGBTs arranged as a series-connected, center-tap, two-element configuration, with ±20 V gate-emitter voltage, in an isolated industrial power module designed for chassis mounting.
