Toshiba STC01-UTBA1 Thermocouple Analog Input Module

The Toshiba STC01-UTBA1 is an 8-channel thermocouple analog input module designed for Toshiba Integrated Controller V Series PLCs and DCS systems, delivering precise temperature signals from thermocouples and Pt100 RTD sensors for industrial process monitoring and control. It provides eight thermocouple channels and four RTD channels (Pt100), configurable per channel, and supports J, K, T, E, R, and B thermocouples with Cold Junction Compensation. Input isolation is inter-channel insulated to help minimize cross-talk in dense I/O installations. Accuracy is ±0.2% FS for thermocouples and ±0.1% FS for RTDs. Online module replacement is supported, and the unit operates from 24 VDC with a typical current draw of 70 mA, while the I/O bus runs at 19.2 kbps. The UTBA1 terminal unit provides 8-point analog and 4-point pulse I/O, and the combined STC01/UTBA1 assembly is compatible with Toshiba Integrated Controller V Series models 1000/2000/3000.
