Trane SEN00249 Duct Temperature Sensor Assembly

The Trane SEN00249 duct temperature sensor is an OEM NTC thermistor sensor used in Trane commercial HVAC systems to monitor supply or discharge air temperature within ductwork for precise temperature control, equipment protection, and energy-efficient operation. It features a 0.31-inch (5/16 in) probe diameter, approximately 3.4-inch probe length (application dependent), and a 10 kΩ thermistor at 77°F (25°C) with a 40°F to 140°F (4°C to 60°C) operating range. The sensor mounts in duct and transmits temperature data to the building automation or unit controller to support heating, cooling, and changeover control, compatible with Trane Air Handlers, Rooftop Units, VAV Systems, and other commercial HVAC equipment (model dependent).
