Trerice 91000 Temperature Regulator

TRERICE 91000 Temperature Regulator is a self-operating, electro-free control device for industrial process fluids, designed to automatically regulate temperature without external power. It is commonly mounted on tanks, heat exchangers, boilers, steam systems, and process piping in industrial heating or cooling equipment where consistent temperature control is required. The regulator features a die-cast aluminum housing with an epoxy-coated finish and tin-plated brass bellows, and uses a non-indicating actuator to drive valves that are compatible with single-seat, double-seat, and 3-way valve bodies. Capillary lengths are available at 8, 12, 16, or 20 feet depending on model, enabling flexible remote sensing in demanding environments. Applications span industrial process heating and cooling, HVAC, steam and hot water systems, chemical processing, food and beverage production, and commercial heating, with maintenance teams, OEM engineers, and system integrators using the 91000 for repair, retrofit, and replacement of self-operated regulators; common replacements include the TRERICE 91400 and 91600, as well as Spirax Sarco self-operating regulators.
