TRI-TRONICS BPSDLR Vision-Eye Sensor Processor

The TRI-TRONICS BPSDLR Vision-Eye Sensor Processor processes optical signals for high-speed object detection, positioning, and inspection in industrial machine vision and photoelectric sensing systems. Operating from a 12–24 VDC supply, it draws approximately 75 mA (exclusive of load) and provides both NPN and PNP transistor outputs for flexible interfacing. Encased in a high-impact, chemical-resistant polycarbonate housing, it carries protection ratings of NEMA 4X, NEMA 6P, and IP67, and can be panel- or machine-mounted depending on the application. Commonly installed in packaging machinery, label verification systems, printing presses, conveyor systems, and automated production equipment requiring reliable sensing and precise process control. The Vision-Eye processor is used by maintenance teams and system integrators for repair, retrofit, expansion, or replacement of Vision-Eye sensing systems, offering model-dependent high-speed response times for demanding industrial inspection tasks.
