Description:
The TRI-TRONICS DCE-1 is a 24 VDC photoelectric sensor that performs non-contact presence/absence detection in industrial automation. Housed in an industrial compact enclosure, it mounts on machines or brackets and uses optical sensing to detect the presence of objects on packaging lines, conveyors, and material handling equipment. Its output is a model-specific switching output, with power and output status LEDs (model dependent) to indicate operating state. Common applications include packaging equipment, bottling lines, food processing systems, pharmaceutical machinery, electronics assembly, and other material handling processes. Common replacements are TRI-TRONICS DCF-1, SDR1, and SDF1.
