The Tri-Tronics HS25C-P64AJ/8-30 programmable hollow-shaft incremental encoder provides reliable position and speed feedback in industrial motion control, with a 1/4 in (6.35 mm) shaft bore and an 8–30 VDC supply. It delivers a single output with Anti-Jitter technology for stable pulses to PLCs, motion controllers, and variable speed drives. The device supports 1–64 pulses per revolution, a maximum speed of 2,500 RPM, and up to 30 kHz pulse rate, housed in an anodized aluminum enclosure with IP50 protection. Operating from 0°C to 70°C in industrial environments, it is commonly used on conveyors, packaging equipment, labeling machines, material handling systems, printing equipment, and other automation applications.
