Tri-Tronics PM-8225 Multi-Function Programmable Module

The Tri-Tronics PM-8225 Plug-Mate is a dual-function Programmable Module that provides programmable timing and logic control for DC-powered photoelectric sensors in industrial automation. This Plug-Mate device interfaces directly with TRI-TRONICS DC-powered sensors and includes a 24 VDC sensor supply for remote sensors, accepting open-collector transistor or switch inputs. It delivers both a TRIAC solid-state output and an NPN open-collector transistor output, enabling flexible control of devices and signals, with 8-position DIP switches used to configure up to 25 programmable timing/control functions. LED indicators for input and output help confirm status at a glance, and its 12-pin socket mount supports compact installation in control panels. Commonly used in packaging equipment, bottling lines, conveyor systems, food processing machinery, and manufacturing automation, the PM-8225 is designed to support automation upgrades, retrofits, and routine maintenance in industrial environments.
