Turck 4421-0.5M/C1195 Cordset

The Turck RSCD RSCD 4421-0.5M/C1195 Industrial Ethernet Cable Assembly is a double-ended shielded extension with two straight M12 D-coded 4-pin male connectors and a 0.5 m PUR CAT5e cable for high-speed Industrial Ethernet in compact automation applications. Its shielded twisted-pair construction uses overlapping aluminum foil with a tinned copper braid, 4 conductors of 22 AWG (0.32 mm²) at 100 Ω impedance, 30 V rating, 2000 V test voltage, and 4 A current capacity, with gold-plated brass contacts and nickel-plated brass coupling nuts designed for more than 100 mating cycles. The green PUR jacket is drag-chain rated, halogen-free, PVC-free, oil- and UV-resistant, flame retardant, and PNO compliant, and the assembly carries IP67 and IP69K protection when mated; operating temperature is -40 °C to +80 °C (fixed) or -30 °C to +80 °C (flexible), with UL Listed, CE, and RoHS approvals for use in PLCs, industrial Ethernet switches, distributed I/O, machine vision systems, packaging machinery, conveyors, and robotic systems.
