Turck RSCD RSCD 4421-0.5M/C1195 Industrial Ethernet Cable Assembly is a double-ended shielded M12 D-coded Ethernet cordset with two straight M12 × 1 Male, Straight, D-Coded, 4-Pin connectors and a 0.5 m green PUR CAT5e cable, designed for short, high-flex Industrial Ethernet connections in compact automation environments. It uses four conductors (2 twisted pairs) on 22 AWG (0.32 mm²) with a 100 Ω characteristic impedance and aluminum foil plus tinned copper braid shielding for reliable communication in harsh settings. The shielded CAT5e cable features a high-flex PUR jacket that’s drag-chain rated and is halogen-free, PVC-free, UV resistant, oil resistant, and flame retardant. Electrical specs include a rated voltage of 30 V, a test voltage of 2000 V, and a rated current of 4 A, while mechanical life exceeds 100 mating cycles.
