Turck BC10-QF5.5-AP6X2-0.2M-RS Capacitive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK BC10-QF5.5-AP6X2-0.2M-RS capacitive proximity sensor provides non-contact detection of solids and liquids in industrial automation. It uses capacitive sensing with an approximate 10 mm sensing distance (model dependent) and delivers a PNP normally open output powered from 10–30 VDC, with switching up to about 100 Hz. The compact rectangular housing is made of industrial-grade plastic, is IP67 protected, and is supplied with a pre-wired 0.2 m cable; mounting can be flush or non-flush depending on the installation, and the unit operates from -25 to +70 °C, IEC 60947-5-2 compliant. Common applications include hopper level detection, packaging lines, conveyors, bulk material monitoring, and other process automation tasks requiring non-contact sensing of non-metallic materials.
