Turck BI1-HS865-AN6X Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI1-HS865-AN6X inductive proximity sensor is a compact, flush-mount device designed for reliable non-contact detection of metal objects in industrial automation. It uses inductive sensing with a 1.5 mm rated sensing distance and a lateral active face, housed in a Ø6.5 mm smooth barrel that is 32 mm long. Operated from 10–30 VDC, it provides a 3‑wire NPN normally open output (up to 150 mA) and switches at up to 3 kHz. The sensor ships with a 2 m PUR cable, a chrome‑plated brass housing with stainless steel components, and a PA12-GF30 plastic active face, and it carries IP67 protection across −25°C to +70°C. It includes short‑circuit and reverse polarity protection and an illuminated yellow status LED to indicate switching.
