Turck Bi10U-M30-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI10U-M30-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor delivers reliable, non-contact metal object detection with equal sensing performance on ferrous and non-ferrous targets thanks to uprox® Factor 1 technology. This shielded inductive sensor uses a 10 mm sensing distance, a 3‑wire DC PNP Normally Open output, and operates from 10–30 VDC with a maximum load current of 200 mA. Its M30 x 1.5 threaded barrel is brass with a PTFE-coated housing and an LCP plastic active face, designed for flush mounting with IP68 protection and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The device uses an M12 4-pin male connector (H1141) for electrical connection and is commonly applied for part presence verification, machine positioning, end-of-travel sensing, product counting, and process sequencing in PLC-controlled manufacturing systems, with use across conveyor systems, packaging machinery, robotic cells, automotive assembly equipment, and material handling systems.
