Turck BI15-CK40-LIU-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI15-CK40-LIU-H1141 Inductive Sensor is an analog-output proximity device designed for continuous position measurement and non-contact detection of metallic targets in industrial automation. Housed in Turck's CK40 rectangular housing (65 x 40 x 40 mm) from PBT-GF30-V0 reinforced plastic, it runs on 15-30 VDC and delivers 4-wire DC outputs with a 0-10 VDC voltage signal and a 0-20 mA current signal for proportional position feedback across a 4–11 mm sensing range. The sensor’s active face is adjustable in five positions, it is flush-mountable, and uses an M12 x 1 Male Connector (H1141); it carries IP67 protection and operates from -25°C to +70°C, making it suitable for conveyor systems, material handling, positioning schemes, and automated manufacturing where continuous distance sensing is required. An included BS2.1 mounting bracket facilitates installation.
