Turck BI15U-MT30-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI15U-MT30-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor delivers non-contact metal detection with uprox® Factor 1 technology, providing identical 15 mm sensing distances across ferrous and non-ferrous metals for consistent performance in automation systems. This shielded inductive sensor operates as a 3‑wire DC device with a PNP normally open output, powered from 10–30 V DC and capable of switching up to 200 mA, and it features a threaded M30 x 1.5 housing in brass with a PTFE coating and a flush/recessed mounting style. The active face is plastic, and the unit includes IP68 protection with a dual LED status indicator. Electrical connection is via an M12 x 1 male connector (H1141). The BI15U-MT30-AP6X2-H1141 offers reverse polarity protection and cyclic short‑circuit protection, and it tolerates magnetic fields up to 300 mT DC / 300 mT AC, making it suitable for demanding environments. Operating temperature range is -30 °C to +85 °C.
