Turck BI15U-Q20-AN6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI15U-Q20-AN6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor combines a compact Q20 housing with uprox® Factor 1 technology to deliver non-contact metal object detection at a 15 mm sensing distance in industrial automation. Its shielded inductive sensing provides consistent detection across ferrous and non-ferrous metals—steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and stainless steel—making it well suited for conveyors, packaging lines, automotive assembly, robotic cells, and material-handling systems that operate in electrically noisy environments. The sensor is 3-wire DC with an NPN Normally Open output, powered from 10-30 VDC and capable of up to 200 mA, with a switching frequency of 250 Hz, and an IP67-rated, flush-mountable Q20 housing measuring 68 x 40 x 20 mm in reinforced PBT-GF30-V0.
