The Turck BI2-CRS524-ADZ30X2-B1131-S34 inductive sensor is a flush‑mount, high‑pressure proximity sensor designed for non‑contact position sensing of metal components in hydraulic cylinders and automated industrial systems. It provides a 2 mm sensing distance, a 2‑wire normally open output, and supports an operating voltage range of 20–250 VAC or 10–300 VDC with a rated current of 400 mA AC / 300 mA DC. Housed in stainless steel (AISI 303) with a 12.7 mm diameter and a 7/8 in. male connector, it is IP67 protected, operates from -25°C to +70°C, and features weld‑field immune and magnetic field resistant design, making it suitable for hydraulic cylinders, presses, injection molding machines, mobile hydraulic equipment, and automated manufacturing systems.
