Turck BI20-CP40-VP4X2/S10 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI20-CP40-VP4X2/S10 is an embeddable inductive proximity sensor designed for long-range non-contact metal detection and position sensing in industrial automation, with a 20 mm sensing distance and a rotatable CP40 housing that permits flush or embeddable mounting on conveyors, packaging lines, and material handling equipment, suitable for surface mounting with terminal chamber wiring. It operates from 10–65 VDC and provides a 4-wire PNP complementary output up to 200 mA with a switching frequency up to 150 Hz. The CP40 rectangular housing measures 114 × 40 × 40 mm, is made from PBT-GF30-V0 plastic, and carries IP67 protection for harsh industrial environments.
