Turck BI4-Q06-AP6X2-0.8-PSG3M-S1174 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI4-Q06-AP6X2-0.8M-PSG3M/S1174 is a compact, non-contact inductive proximity sensor designed for metal detection and position sensing in industrial automation. It has a 4 mm sensing distance, a 3-Wire PNP normally open output, operates from 10–30 VDC with up to 200 mA switching current, and a 1 kHz switching frequency. The rectangular Q06 housing is made of PA12-GF30 reinforced plastic, measures 27.8 × 17.3 × 6 mm, is IP67 rated, supports flush surface mounting, and uses a 0.8 m pigtail cable with an M8 male connector. Commonly used in packaging machines, conveyors, robotic work cells, and assembly equipment for reliable, contactless metal object detection, it includes reverse polarity and short-circuit protection with a shielded sensing design and a status LED.
