Turck BI5-M18E-AD4X-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI5-M18E-AD4X-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor provides non-contact detection of metallic targets in industrial automation, delivering wear-free measurement for position and presence on conveyors, packaging machinery, and material handling lines. This inductive sensor has a 5 mm sensing range in an M18 × 1 extended threaded housing designed for flush (embeddable) mounting, and it operates from 10–65 VDC with a 100 mA rated output in a 2-wire normally open configuration connected via an M12 × 1 male connector. The housing is chrome-plated brass, protected to IP67, and it tolerates -25°C to +70°C with a switching frequency of 1 kHz. Ideal for conveyor systems, assembly automation, machine tools, packaging equipment, and other material handling applications where reliable metal detection and compact sensing are required.
