Description:
The Turck BI50U-Q80-RP6X2-H1143 proximity switch delivers long-range metal object detection with a 50 mm nominal sensing distance in an 80 mm rectangular, flush-mount housing. As part of Turck's UPROX Q80 Series, it uses inductive sensing to detect all metal targets with magnetic-field resistance, making it suitable for industrial machines such as conveyors, pallet handling equipment, automated storage systems, packaging machinery, and material transfer lines requiring extended sensing range. It provides a PNP normally closed output, operates from 10–30 VDC, draws up to 200 mA, supports 250 Hz switching, with an IP68 rating, M12 4-pin connection, and a -25 °C to +70 °C operating range in a PBT-GF30-V0 reinforced thermoplastic housing.
