Turck BI5U-GT18-ADZ30X2-B3331 is an inductive proximity switch that delivers reliable non-contact metal target detection in harsh electrical environments. Built on the UPROX platform, it offers equal sensing performance across all metal types with strong resistance to magnetic fields and weld-field interference, making it ideal for environments like robotic welding cells, conveyor systems, automotive body assembly lines, fabrication equipment, and stamping presses. The sensor provides a 5 mm sensing distance with a Normally Open (NO) 2-wire AC/DC output, and a voltage rating of 20-250 VAC or 10-300 VDC, supporting a switching frequency of 20 Hz. Its flush mount (embeddable) design, 1/2" Microfast male 3-pin connection, and M18 x 1 threaded barrel provide flexible installation, while the PTFE-coated brass housing and PTFE-coated PBT active face resist challenging conditions.
