Turck BIM-AKT-AP6X 3-Wire Inductive Proximity Sensor

Turck BIM-AKT-AP6X is a magnetic-field sensor designed for piston-position detection in pneumatic cylinders. This DC 3-wire proximity switch provides a NO contact, PNP output and operates from 10–30 VDC, drawing up to 200 mA, with an IP67-rated rectangular housing formed from PA12-GF30 and a PA12-GF30 active face. The footprint is 28 × 30 mm, and the height varies by version: 24 mm for BIM-AKT-AP6X-H1141 W/KLA1 (M12 x 1 connector) and 15 mm for BIM-AKT-AP6X/S235 (cable/wire variants). It detects a magnet through the cylinder wall to sense piston position, and offers short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection with switching frequencies around 1 kHz.
